2. Wada nibhana (Keep Promises) – Jo bhi commitment karein, use time pe poora karein.



3. Sunna aur samajhna (Listen & Understand) – Dusre ki baat dhyan se sunen aur samajhne ki koshish karein.



4. Private baatein rakhein (Keep Confidence) – Jo personal ya secret baatein share ki jaayein, unhe kisi se na baantein.



5. Respect dikhayein (Show Respect) – Har insaan ki feelings aur opinion ki respect karein.



6. Chhoti madad karein (Small Acts of Help) – Jab zarurat ho, bina expectation ke help karein.



7. Apni galti mannein (Admit Mistakes) – Agar kuch galat ho jaye, openly sorry kahe aur sudharne ki koshish karein.



8. Consistent behavior – Har situation mein apna behavior stable rakhein, taaki log predict kar saken ki aap trustworthy hain.



9. Positive aur calm rahna – Gusse ya tension mein overreact na karein, calm aur supportive rahen.
